Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of DropSync Courier Services Limited Rider and Customer Applications, Website and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offering.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with the Laws of Zambia.

2. Services

DropSync provides technology-enabled courier and logistics services connecting Customers, Merchants, Riders and Independent Bike Owners through its digital platform.

Independent bike owners may subscribe to the DropSync Platform under a rental-based PaaS model to receive delivery job assignments.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Platform Rental (PaaS)

Independent Riders and Fleet Owners may access the DropSync platform upon payment of a recurring rental subscription fee.

DropSync does not guarantee a minimum number of delivery jobs and access to delivery demand depends on market availability.

5. Rider Obligations

Riders must:
• Comply with road safety laws
• Maintain valid licenses and documentation
• Safeguard parcels during transit
• Use the platform solely for authorized deliveries

6. Payments

Delivery service fees and platform rental subscriptions shall be payable in accordance with pricing published within the application.

7. Limitation of Liability

DropSync shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions or rider misconduct beyond its reasonable control.

8. Termination

DropSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the Laws of Zambia.
