DropSync Courier Services Limited is a Zambian technology-driven last-mile delivery company focused on providing reliable, efficient, and affordable parcel delivery services for businesses and individuals.

Founded by Jonathan Mumba Chiwele, DropSync is designed to bridge the logistics gap in urban and peri-urban communities by leveraging smart dispatch technology and a fleet of branded motorbikes to ensure fast and secure movement of goods.

Unlike ride-hailing platforms, DropSync is purpose-built for parcel and package delivery, enabling merchants, SMEs, e-commerce platforms, and individuals to move items conveniently across Lusaka and beyond. In addition, DropSync offers Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) capabilities to independent bike owners, enabling them to leverage the DropSync logistics platform to receive delivery jobs, manage operations digitally, and generate income through last-mile delivery services.
