Operations

At launch, DropSync will deploy a fleet of branded motorbikes operating within Lusaka. Each rider is equipped with the DropSync mobile application for real-time job assignment, navigation, and delivery confirmation.

Additionally, independent bike owners can be onboarded onto the DropSync platform under the PaaS model to expand delivery coverage and meet growing customer demand.
